....they ate them on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here when the Celebrity Chef taking part as a contestant, caught some and cooked them, much to the horror of the producers and the public!

Quokkas are a protected species. We do eat both of the animals appearing on our National Coat-of-Arms, the Kangaroo and Emu :-D :-D

Yes swans belong to the Queen.
We have a Water Park nearby, that has swans, ducks and various waterfowl. A couple of years ago there was an incident reported in the local newspaper, about three homeless immigrants that had caught and ate a swan.
