	Quite safe :-D OH also feels the same. I suppose that as we went to Esperance we feel that was our 'holiday'. I'm hoping that the usual thing happens...the more we look forward to do something, the more disappointed we are when we do it. Some of the best times that we've had are on those occasions where we initially didn't want to go :-S Danish pastry

	Yes it is usually that way! I usually get a feeling of anticlimax for a day or two at the start of a holiday, after all the excitement and the preparations etc., before I start to enjoy the holiday. The best times are usually when unplanned or low key to start with. You really enjoyed Esperance, especially the coast- not to mention the choir! ;-) :-D :-D Eclair

	It's also our first overseas trip in 32 years, and a long flight, although I've flown plenty of times in Oz on a variety of planes of all sizes Fishcakes

	From memory it's about 6hrs to New Zealand and 7 hrs back. That's direct flying time. Ham Salad
