	H Bomb Cocktail 1 oz vodka 1 oz tequila 1 oz rum 1 oz gin 1 oz triple sec 1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix 1 oz Hpnotiq® liqueur Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve. I HAD A QUICK PEEP AT YOUR STORY- IT LOOKS REALLY FUNNY. I WILL READ IT TOMORROW PROPERLY:-D How did it go with the windows? Are they all In properly?

	Yes, hopefully :-D The two guys had a hell of a job taking out the old ones but we are pleased with the finished job. The new ones are PVC rather than aluminium. And guess what, it is raining again! Ice Cream

	It's hammering it down here too :-\| Jalapeno Margaritas Make a big batch of margaritas with a twist. Pulse 1 thin slice jalapeno, a handful of celery leaves, 6 ounces fresh lime juice and a spoonful of confectioners' sugar in a blender. Mix with 16 ounces tequila and 8 ounces orange liqueur in a pitcher; chill. Serve on the rocks in salt-rimmed glasses.

	It's a bit hard with the distance, but with things like Skype etc, not as bad as it could be. We haven't been back at all, although I would like to do a trip before too long Cabbage Rolls
