Persey, the whole plant can be used: the flowers as decoration, the leaves in salads (they have a mild pepper taste) and the seeds as substitutes for capers.

We put horse manure on our Rhubarb....it helps it grow better

Our rhubarb grows with no help . we just give it away anyway, we only keep it cos it came from my grampa's .
It's a silly price 2 sticks cost £2.....hubby used to to to take it into work for her colleaugeue's (SP) dad I can usually spell that fine !!!!
