Eck Ruby.... It sounds horrible, but it must have tasted nice.:)
Only had rabbit once , not sure how mum cooked it, probable in the oven rather than a stew, none of us were fussed on it.
Might try it in a stew ,cos I've never cooked it myself.

Tenderloin Pork ...Mmmmmmm:)

Geordie, be careful of rabbits without heads: they could be cats :-D

I kid you not: the only way to tell a rabbit from a cat is by the kidneys. In one animal they are side by side, in the other they are off-set. I've forgotten which is which as I studied such things nearly 46 years ago during the Meat Inspection part of my training.

I would add that when I was a child my brother worked at the Manchester University medical school and often brought home 'rabbit' which my mother would cook :-D :-D

Allan - I got mine from a reputable local game dealer, so hope it was OK! It was a wild one (well, it wasn't very pleased), and I ate its little kidneys - very nice too!
The cat got some scraps - hope that doesn't make her a cannibal!

Anyway, lad, what's your food/drink item?
