Liz I suffer from low blood pressure and when mine drop's I black out, if I am out and about and on my own when it happen's I usually end up at A+E as some-one usually call's an ambulance, unless I have hurt myself (like a broken nose ) which is what happened one of the time's I blacked out, I would rather just go home and lie down instead of spending hrs waiting to be seen.

Liz ~~, glad hubby is back at work and feeling much better.
It's good that the hosp were concerned even if only his heart, now you know it's in good working order. It's strange what things can make on pass out, as I told you hubby and dau are the same.. blood sugar drops because of lack of food and they drop like flies!! Pm whenever you like:)

Sue I too didn't know about Ian, probably because like Sandie I wasn't around in 2007 on here. It is good to know that their were people on here that could help when you needed some-one, I have talked to a few peep's on here when I have needed support and found that there are a lot of good peep's on the board's who will listen and be there for you to talk to (arn't there Sandie) who has listened to me waffle on at time's, mind you you have to choose carefully who you do share with as you will probably know, some ( though only a small minority ) have used what they know to cause trouble.


Who's turn is it to put one up? Will look in later to see if there is one up.

OH finally back to work today - looks as if gastro enteritis (that he didn't know he'd got) caused him to pass out, and he bashed his head on the door frame as he fell which made things worse, and caused concussion. But the hospital were really only interested in his heart!

I was not aware, other than you were single'.
I had not joined GR in 2007.( I don't think, tho it may have been in the Sept )
It's good that you are building Ian's family tree but it must be very difficult for you emotionally.
I've tried hubby's but it's like the great wall of China!
Don't know the peeps you've mentioned below, but glad they have been a great help to you when times where hard,
I suspect they still are on times. I can't imagine being in your shoes.
I'll pm you later this morning on my PC.

Sorry, I thought everyone on GR had heard me whittering on about Ian. He was my late husband. I lost him to bowel cancer on 23rd April 2007. He was the love of my life and my best friend.

when he was first ill, he joined me into GR to "give me something to do" (ie to stop me mithering him) . I've been building his family tree ever since.

After he died, GR was my lifeline. I made friends here who kept me sane, in the dark days when I couldn't face the outside world. Notably Amanda and Ray - both of whom deserve a medal.
