That's very sad to hear about you friend's dad and so close after loosing her mum. My deepest sympathy to the family,and to yourself , as I remember, she is a close friend of yours.

That's sad Liz to lose both so close together but it seems to happen often.The one that is left gives up.

Things are a bit mixed. A beautiful sunny day, not a cloud in the sky. Already done lots of jobs in the house and it's not yet 10.30. But heard this morning that my friend lost her dad last night - the one whose mum died in February. So had a good cry for her then pulled myself together.

Son is very low maintenance as far as ir*n*ng goes,I do do some t shirts and of course his uniform for work, but most things just get the flattened by hand treatment ( you have to make sure they are pegged out tidily or dried flat and even first) and jeans 'look better' when have been in a heap anyway !

Will try and think of a Q and be back in a bit , ttfn

Yes, a soak in a lovely warm bath does soothe one's back..enjoy:))
Been in the garden doing bits and bobs, moving around the clothes on the line so the both sides get the sun on them .lol
Fed hubby and son, dau will probably do her own, can't think of what to have myself !
Have a bit of ir*n*ng to do, hubbies shirt's (always leave them til almost the last minute..dau will want the iron to hers soon ). I can do a short sleeve shirt in 5 mins, so I'll be off for half an hour.

I would yet am off to have a nice soak in a deep filled hot bubble bath to ease my aching back. Tis such a luxury, B Gas Engr out yesterday as we we're having problems heating the water; so lucky it won't cost a penny due to our policy and so lucky again, because ... for the first time in days I've managed to heat my water.

Later everyone ... think you've all vanished to watch (thinking of Sue) Bath play Rugby, Sandie out in the garden or cooking dinner, which I must do afterwards.
