So many disasters around the world lately

That's so sad Barb

We have had a lot of flash floods in Queensland too

Up north in Western Australia they have floods too.
They have markers to tell you how the levels of water are. Well i think they still have them

Daff may know as she lived up there for a while.

We are lucky in the Uk that we don't get much trouble from Earthquakes, but we have had a lot of flash flooding lately, mostly because of the new houses being built on flood planes.

Three people were killed in St Ives, Cornwall last weekend because their car was carried off by a flash flood, tragic accident...

I know some people that don't eat until 8pm
OH would end up with Indigestion during the night if we ate that late

Our meals depend on the workload. As you will have noticed we keep very odd hours at times but on a normal night about 7.30.

We had one in the 1970s that read 7.5 on the Richter that one was quite scary and flattened the country town of Meckering. Did quite a lot of damage in Perth too. The second one was not as bad but scary all the same

We have a Fault runs down the middle of Western Australia by all accounts

What time do you normally eat your evening meal ladies?

Just curious.

We used to eat about 6pm but since Hubby retired it's about 5pm for us now. Usually all washed up and cleared away by 6pm now
