Don't know where you've looked, but googling produces a number of results with info about the Regiment

One snippet.............

The "Earl of Chester's Yeomanry" refers to the Cheshire Yeomanry, a historic part-time cavalry regiment with roots in 1797. The title "Earl of Chester" was granted in 1849 by the Prince of Wales, who holds it as an additional title. The regiment served in various conflicts, famously being the last British regiment to fight on horseback, and was a component of the British Army's Territorial Force after 1908.

IF they survived (over 70% didn't), his WW1 records will be online.

WW2 records are not online and have to be applied for

You do this through a central agency................not the Regiment
