	I doubt you’ll get any further than you did before, but I wish you luck. The number of people who use these boards is VERY small. You might have more luck on the Friends Reunited page on Facebook where they don’t seem to have any restrictions or guidelines regarding discretion. :-S :-S :-S :-S

	Looking for an ex Royal Marine whose mother was Marion Rowlands who may have a connection to a Retford family. He would have been born around 1943/1944 in Wales. Possibly Glamorgan.
