General Chat

I didn't used to use the old chat board....strangley enough I use these boards now but don't do much at all with my tree any more...lol.....but I had been working on that for 20+ years.
I don't put many threads up myself but like to join in here or there.

Yes you are right ,it just kept on going till we all fell asleep, and the last one turned the light out lol I dont like this nastiness even though i have had my 2 pennysworth tonight , but it gets me so mad people having a go at others for no reason, or just for the attention?

Its a funny one really, from experience these type of boards are ideal for many many different subjects but do take away a part of community get togetherness. With a continous chat board we welcomed each person in as they arrived, Some nights you could have almost ten people or more reply with an Hiya or Hello, I think that is part of whats missing, Now we have to look for threads which doesnt help much.

Colin i to miss the old chat board , it was fun and nobody got hurt ,and everyone got on so well ,,what went wrong ?????

We have seen a lot in our time eh :) The one thing I always love about the site though is the ability we have as a community to bring things back to fun, the part I love so much :)

This site has so many lovely people on it :):)

I usually sit back and watch......it is fun and rather interesting.
It's best not to get too embroiled in things .....lol
It is sad that there are some people about that seem to be bent on causeing bother.
Glad to see you back here Colin...your're one of the first people I spoke to.....and I've been here for yonks.

I used to love the old original chat board, the continous one, nights of fun and laughter that went on sometimes for page after page lol

just click request review on thread it wil go to GR Mods and they will delete the whole thread, on threads that upset...........the..poster can also suspend 8 weeks those who use others names/boarednames in a goading or contenious way,,,,,,,,,,!!!

Its a strange situation that is happening here, really has me miffed sometimes. No offence to any moderator looking in but those threads should never have been allowed to develop as they did, it doesnt help anyone especially any new folk looking in for the first time. I expect this post will go first now ive said that lol

If I were to be really honest, I was a little taken back with the first impression on the chat board when I looked in, it seemed all of the top half of the board were friction related. I have it on good authority that moderators are on this site 7 days a week, how the post are still here I do not know .
