At it again?

Over this past year I have watched good people get drawn into cyber arguments.
Threads have been put up further inflaming the situations, these good people have then attempted to turn them into light hearted fun threads...but that means that these threads continue being on page 1, instead of disappearing, just the titles are hurtful! To add to this other people start new threads on the subject! Why?
As the New Year approaches can we all think before we add to these threads, or start new ones on the subject? There are many of us that have personal experience of depression, who would like to help others out of their personal ‘hole’...not deepen it!
This thread is not aimed at anyone in particular...just all of us!
2007 has been a hard year for many of us, may 2008 turn out to be a good one for all of us.

I agree with you Carol..................let old hurts and arguments stay firmly in the past where they belong.

Carol - l have been thinking about a thread simular to this for ages, and started typing one this morning, then deleted it!!
l too wish the same as you and thats to everyone that l have had disagreements with, which are few but l have all the same.l really hate to see people upset -
Life really is too short!!

I have watched as people are taunted, been lied about & bullied on these boards. I have also been one of those people. Many of us seldom post on GR, have gone to friendlier sites, but do still look in to say hello to our friends.

Please check when you are sent a pm that it really is from the named person - someone is trying to make trouble - again!!

There also seems to be a troublemaker - who pm's you saying that others are pming nasty things about 'you' & giving an entirely inocent persons name.

No genuine person is going to mind if you check what they are saying.
