I have had a heavy cold and a ulcerative throat this week.On penicillian and had it for over a week and still not that healthy.Went out for the first time today. Annie

I'm hoping to be OK, I got the flu jab this year for the first time. Work paid for us to get it so, owt for nowt!

OH has a bad chest and been coughing for about 4 weeks-flu is just going

Our 9 year old has got hotter and floppier as the days gone on................now sneezing and coughing:((

Have dosed her with calpol and been to the chemist for throat pastilles and cough mixture for her...............put vick on her feet too.

Stray, I used a shringe with mine when they refused medicine. I gently squirted ever so tiny amounts into the side of their cheeks. It worked with a little gentle coaxing.
Just an idea.

Teresa, in between blowing my nose I coat my nose with savlon. It helps keep skin moisterised in between wipes. One time I had a red moustache like Hitler and after that I swore I would always use some cream. It works brilliantly. My nose isn't as sore.
Have to be persistent with it!
