I havent heard of that before Mau - where did you get them? Sounds like a great idea for New Years eve when we get the Champers out (another drink I am not very good on). |

Have you bought your wine yet Mau? I saw in Adsa this week they have a 2006 Chatux reduced from £13.00 to about £9.00 for a bottle. I couldnt beleive it - I bought one to try and can let you know if its any good later in the week. |

I save all year for our wine at Xmas - I pay so much a month to a club and have bought a case of chatuxnuff du pape I have a couple of 2003 left from last year and I have bought a case of 2005 this year as well as case and half of Pontificus. Both are a lovely wine to enjoy with your meal - not treat like lemonaide which I do the rest of the year with my normal plonk. |
