Pinot Grigio/Grigot and Zinfandel are particularly popular at the moment.

Have you bought your wine yet Mau? I saw in Adsa this week they have a 2006 Chatux reduced from £13.00 to about £9.00 for a bottle. I couldnt beleive it - I bought one to try and can let you know if its any good later in the week.

Errol Pinot Grigio is the devils spawn lol - alfer 1st glass, I can merrily drink a bottle or two with freinds but the next day ...... Oh its pure evil.

I try to avoid it when I can but sometimes on a night out after the first glass you forget...................Its gut rot!

They're all good wines aren't they? and if they're not they should make excellent gravy ;O)

I've just bought two jars of Flowers in Syrup (Wild Hibiscus) you put a little into bottom of Champagne or Sparkling wine, and flower floats to the top.
Anybody tried them?
Probably going to be more popular with the girls!

I havent heard of that before Mau - where did you get them? Sounds like a great idea for New Years eve when we get the Champers out (another drink I am not very good on).

Mix Advocat and lemonade, add a VERY small splash of lime and pour over ice - add a slice or twist of lemon and serve chilled
