Hiya Darl.....Dallas has a sister Lacey......I think all the new names are great, so different from the Elizabeth, Margarets Marys and Sarahs which seem to litter my tree....

The latest batch of names in our area are.....Millie, Ellie, Eva,Evie,Alfie,Frankie,Jamie,India, and Chloe....

Dallas and Lacey are teenagers now...

I prefer traditional names, can't stand all the daft stuff some parents come up with!

However I would say Ellis is definately a boy's name and a girl's version would be Elise.

My Gt Gt grandfather's Christian name was actually Sellis!

I remember after I had my daughter I was talking to my grand-mother I asked her what my cousin named her new son I"ll never forget her reply " Darlene had a girl and she called her Dallas and thats a boys name and I don't like it" I just replied I"m Darlene, I had a girl and I called her Dallas, what did Jen call her boy
see Charley there will always be a family member who dosen't like the name we choose for our children.
Look at mine -----named after a mouseskeeteer

Hi Charley,
where did I get the name???
my Dallas is 6 months older than the TV show, we wanted something different, and we were watching " this is your life"
and they had Col Joye on - he is a 60's rock n roll singer in Australia, his wifes name was Dallas, at the time also the governer General of Australia (Queens Representive) his wifes name was Dallas
Hi easter bunny Guess what Dallas' middle name ---Rochelle!!!
