If you are talking about a gammon joint, I usually do that with cauliflower and broccoli cheese, peas, baby carrots and jacket or new potatoes. |

Spinach is very good.......in my house we prefer it in a white sauce and stirred in it so it is creamed spinach. Nice mild flavour. |

I usually serve it with new pots, baton carrots, green peas and broccoli - yes pineapple is also yummy - but was looking for something different, what about spinach, I have never tasted it, but apparently, broc, sprouts and spinach are the three best veg's for our health. |

nicely done poached eggs are good on gammon as well OR you could have pineapple AND poached eggs - the honey and mustard sounds nice though - if it's got a skin on it people cut a diamond pattern all over it and stick cloves in the spaces in between then cover in honey and mustard and roast - looks pretty spectacular - in my cookery book that is!! |
