I cook my gammon joint in cider (cheapest you can get) with peppercorns and bay leaf. Delicious!!! |

i like to make it a sunday dinner roasties cooked in goose fat, sprouts, mashed swede and carrots with butter, yorkshires, stuffing , and greens with loads of gravy, remembering to put the honey over the gamon..... oh lovely!!!! |

Roast Parsnips,or you could boil and mix them in with mashed potatoes, instead of "Pineapple" you could try "Sliced Peaches" and meybe some Sweetcorn. **M**. |
