	Well Done - it will get easier each time - try to do something each day even if its just to post a letter of buy a newspaper. We are all very proud of you I am sure. x

	Well done Jenny. Now you know you can do it, you can try again, maybe arrange to meet someone for a coffee too. Have you any Rescue Remedy? You could have that with you, and if you get panicky just put a few drops on your tongue, take a deep breath and on you go, you can take as much or as little as you need. Way to go Jenny! (Never sure exactly what that means but it sounds inspiring and congratulatory! lol) Lizx
