	People do understand, Dave. A lot of us here have been there and come out the other side. It's very difficult for those who have never felt the great black cloud to understand what it does to you. It's a journey you have to make on your own, even for those of us who had all the support in the world. But it's a journey worth making. Gwynne

	Dave, this is so good, tells it like it is! I do hope you can get out of the black hole, or at least manage to conquer it enough so you stay in charge, not the depression. Why not send this to your children to read? In Norwich we have a place where people with problems can go, a sort of drop in centre, and they publish poems and such in a magazine called the Communicator, I don't know if there is anywhere similar in your neck of the woods, where you could go and meet others, or join workshops or whatever they do? Ask your doctors and see, it might be something you could get involved with, and bring out more of your creative side. Lizx
