Hello Dave - l love libraries, the only thing with ours is l've looked at all the books that l like, so don't bother to go now. l tend to look on the net at libraries for Monmouthshire, that way l might get something new from another branch!!

Are you ok - do you have somewhere to stay?? You take care now.

Hi Dave,
I've been off work for three months now with depression (not for the first time). I have another month off. So time to look in on here! I thought your words say very well how it feels. I would print it off for you but see you have an offer. It's such an effort to do anything isn't it. I see you are in hospital, hope you are getting better. Thanks for poem. Carole

Thank you Dave, I too will copy and paste for a friend of mine who actually has suffered from manic depression for several years - was controlled by drugs but she has weaned herself off and so far is fine.

All my good wishes Dave and I wish I could find a miraculous cure for you.

It is bad enough if you just feel down about things Dave, but depression, I understand, is much more than that......I do feel sorry and wish there was something wise and wonderful to say to you to make it all go away.....all I can do is send up a prayer and pass on my virtual ((((hugs))))) and wish you better.....x

Dont look on them as DARK thoughts Dave see it as a road through the tunnel where you can see a chink of light.

Thoughts and good wishes winging their way to you.

Just reading your words Dave . Thanks in one way they has made me feel sad one way better.

Sad as that will be how my Mum felt. She suffered terrible after a tragic death of a child. Almost 40 years.
Better as at least I know that my Dad and after he died myself ,if no one else stood by her till the end.

I am glad for you Dave though that now a days they understand more and treat people better than they did.
At least they don't wait now till you are walking down the main street in your night wear in the middle of the night before they admit that you are poorly.

Just sent a prayer to St. Jude for you.

Take Care Luv

Germaine

Hi Dave

Good to see you ..........

Just wanted to say that you have hit the nail on the head with your words - depression is hard for non-sufferers to understand - as one line says there's no physical view !!

I wish you well Dave xxx
