You put the cursor on one side of the text you want to copy, press and hold the left mouse button, and move the cursor over the text you want to copy, you should see it being highlighted as you go.
You then right click on the highlighted text and select 'copy'
To paste the text go to where you want to paste it, this case the address bar at the top, click in the space where it says "http://www.genesreunited.com/boards.asp?wci=thread&tk=967962&px=3" at the moment and clear whats there.
Right click inside that space again and select 'paste' and you should find that the text has been copyed.
