Malc

Have been away for a couple of days.

When talking to your Mum,talk to her about little anecdotes and happy memories from your childhood.

Don't forget to eat and rest yourself.

Hugs for your Mum and you.

Malc Sue is right - look after yourself too and remember to eat and rest - you'll be far better for your mum if you are healthy.

I know this as a few years ago I spent two weeks in intensive care wards and travelling - if it wasnt for freinds and family of my freind I was visiting making me eat and rest I would have been just as ill and no good as encouragement!

There are normally family rooms on this type of ward with a toaster and a sleeping area - are you using it?
