Just had a call from her daughter. Jean had her operation at 9.50 this morning. Everything went as expected. Jean is cheerful and has made friends already in the ward :-) She is expected to be up and about tomorrow and hopefully will be able to leave hospital at the weekend. I'm planning to visit her tomorrow sometime, so will update again then. Maz. XX
