oh I suppose I have to post on here *sighs* but seriously ... Thank you Viv for putting this up ... it seems that everyone gets support on this board when they are upset except the one person who gets the most abuse ... our Lynda. She has had the most awful things wished on her, been subjected to the most vile slander, been sworn at, had her work and home life criticised, ridiculed and doubted ... not to mention been called disgusting names on the board and in pm's. Throughout, despite her attackers continuing to be supported and defended, she has remained strong and refused to be driven off the site which she joined on the first day it opened. She has my complete support, just as she has supported me through some of the most difficult times of my life. (((hugs))) to you Lynda, I'm very proud to have you as a real life friend. Maz. XX

Have no fear Mary, For 4 leavers today will no doubt become 8 resurrections tomorrow. Yet Lynda will still stand proud above them ! And those of us who oh so easily see what is afoot............... will be standing by her side. I have only ever had the greatest love for this site which has transformed a complete incompetent such as I into a proud owner of a heritage that this time two years ago I knew nothing about. And it distresses me more than any heart can bear to see this site torn apart by those who no longer have any interest in that which brought us all together in the first place ! I have not chosen sides ............... I have reacted only to what my eyes have seen. And I am now determined that the good people of this site should suffer no more ! L

Viv, Thanks for posting this. Just because Lynda is a strong person it doesn't mean that she isn't human. She gets angry and upset at some of the things said about her just like anyone else would do. Lynda has my support, She knows that. Pat x
