Thank you all. We are going out to dinner tonight just the two of us. Michael is a reserved man who doesnt like the limelight so we wont be having any piccies in the paper or anything like that!! Our Two grown up grandchildren are arranging a family get together but due to family commitments it wont be till sat the 11th. Its a lovely sunny day today just like our wedding day .altho there was a bit of a breeze then as well. We live now in Kent but married in the Catholic Church of Our Lady Of Grace Charlton SE London. I have got out our wedding album and have been looking at the family group photo. So many of them are no longer with us now including both sets of parents and grandparents and my elder brother and Michaels brother who was his best man. My elder sister was in hospital having her first baby so she missed the wedding ,sadly we lost sis in 2002. All happy and sad memories in those photos. Shirley |
