I have lived in 11 different houses/flats, starting off being brought home from hospital as a newborn into rooms of a house in Norwich, shared with an old lady, then we went to live with my aunt, uncle and cousin so we qualified for a council house, which we got, brand new and my mum stayed there for the rest of her life, over 44 years. I did have a summer season in a holiday camp in Sussex but haven't counted that. I went back to my parents house for a while, then I left home and lived in Cambridge (2 homes there) then came back to parents house for a while till I got a privately rented house, from which I got a new council flat, then moved into a larger new council flat. From there I bought my own house, and then moved into a bigger one I bought when my son was 5. Now living at o.h.'s house but want to move back to my own home soon. I still long for a house or cottage by the sea, so could increase the total yet. |
