There are two threads going on about this Wakefield FH fair. Can we make the original one the "official" one so that no one gets missed out? It's Joanne's one headed "Family History Event in Wakefield". Just an idea.... Helen |

What does everyone else think to this idea? Anyone got ideas of venues around Wakefield? I'm just surfing the net to see any possibilities. Hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes. Please post any other ideas.................. Joanne |

joannes idea sounds brilliant ! 2 birds with 1 stone ! only problem i can think of is somewhere big enough for us all- wakefield is very busy on sat lunchtime. all the pubs will be busy anyway. my son says the six chimneys pub is quite big, menu cheap and cheerfull . i wonder if it would be worth booking a room , if they have one ??????? sue. |

Hi I've just posted a thread on this board about 'family history event in Wakefield, Yorkshire' (do have a look!) and suggested on that thread that we could combine that with our meet up. It's on Sat 13 Nov, 10.30 til 4.30. I suggested that we could meet up after for dinner, or whatever. Just an idea. Joanne |
