Go to www(.)mapquest(.)co(.)uk, click on maps, then latitude and longitude. Not entirely sure how it works, but I got somewhere off the coast of Africa. |

Yep, Heather, you are about right but actually about 7 degrees south of the Cape Verde( Porto Grande) isles, and a little more west. Doesn't seem to be any landfall thereabouts, though.........Bob |

thank you heather and bob. i really wanted to find out as the great uncle that died still has a brother thats alive(96yrs) and he knew his brother drowned but had no idea where etc and for 80something years hes wondered,now i've got the cert i can tell him, thanks, karen |
