looks like its a security thing to stop it opening virus attachments. on your inbox page, go to tools at the top of the page, select options then select security, there should be a section that says click this box to allow attachments to be opened or words to that effect. hope this cures your problem Jane x |

For some strange reason I can no longer read any attachments that I have received by email. Does anyone know how I can sort this problem out? Liz |
