Maybe I was just lucky, but the only way I knew I had gone through the menopause was when the periods stopped. I am 55 now. Never been on HRT and best thing is that I dont have to worry about birth control. |

I have achy legs and find it very hard to get to sleep now. I don't know if it has anything to do with the menapaus? I have hot flushes so bad I think I will spontaniously combust any day now. This has gone on for the last 5 yrs (I am 49) and don't want to go on HRT. helppppppp if you can :) Pat |
