My daughters name is STEPHANIE ANNE WOODHALL but for some reason she could never say it right she would say STEPHANIE ANNE NOODLE and to this day she still says her name is NOODLE, we have tried to correct her many times and people have a chuckle we have to always correct her, when out and people ask her name we have to follow and tell them that her name is STEPHANIE ANNE WOODHALL not NOODLE. My eldest sons name is KEEGAN and people always say TEAGAN. My other sons name is LAUCHLAN THOMAS. Nellie |

We named our daughter Megan but somehow, I don't know how, I started calling her Penguin. The trouble is she's now three, and until about 6 months ago she thought that was her name!!! It's taken a concerted effort not to call her it anymore. |

OMG I MUST be old - I realy dislike the very modern names, imagine Zayne when he's 50 or so. I know a 40yr old Wayne but he uses his nickname of Wal' . We have a family close by with a Susan, Sarah and Samantha, very confusing when the postman comes, they don't have a middle name. |

I chose Paul and James for my two sons. James got stuck with a nick name which is Ticker. The reason is because when he was born he had a dicky heart. Everybody still calls him that even now and he's nearly 32. Jo. |

Your friend sounds like someone my husband knew, Colin. His children were Colleen, Collette and Colin. Nothing wrong with the names but all too similar in one family, I think. |
