thanks CB,but i find it easier to ask on here,and this time it really worked,as within ten mins of asking,i had mastered it. i agree with printing off the instructions,and i know that would be a great help,but woe is me,i don't have a printer/scanner. glad bendy is fine,we all miss her....happy new year to you. joy...i hid the thread under a bushel :o) bob...it's weird looking back at these old threads. bryan.

Bryan, If you need assistance with how to use the facilities offered by your PC programs, click on the word 'Help' at the top of your screen. That should take you to 'Contents' or 'Index', then click on one of those. You will be presented with alphabetical lists of topics/subjects, and if you click on one of those, a screen will appear to tell you how things work relating to that topic. If I find a set of instructions that seems complicated, I just print off that page and keep it handy while I follow the procedure, until I get the hang of it. Best of luck and Happy New Year! Bob make sure WAP is enabled on ur phone u cant send emails on phone without WAP Paul

Karen, its on contract, my old phone went pearshaped, and the O2 shop replaced it via Upgrade, the salesman did all the business, in the shop, i thought all i needed was to select, and send, but it comes back with something like " no account found"

Right having got THAT out of the way.............what do you know about mobile phones? what do I have to do, to be able to send pictures? It is a camera phone, but might as well not be, if I cant email em to my pc.........do I need expensive software and cables? etc...........
