Steph, the sensible person in me says be careful, but I have to tell you when I met my wife at the age 23, she 19. I proposed after two weeks. She accepted after five and we were married after six months, purely the logistics of getting a house together. We are still together after 34 years and if you work at it there is no reason why you shouldn't do the same. Best of luck, Andy.

I think you know yourself when it is right.... I know I did.... I moved in with my now hubby less than 2 months of us meeting again after going out with each other 26 years earlier at school, we got engaged 1 month after moving in together and married 7 months after that..... Hi Steedie, I am pleased for you. Rich and I were housemates when we met, and 'officially' moved in together after about 3 weeks. That was in 1987 and we are still very happy together, and celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary this year! I think you know deep down when it is totally the right thing to do. Liz

Live by the motto better to have done something and regret it than to regret never trying it :)) Hubby proposed after 4 days, I accepted, 3 weeks later engaged and living together (at 18).
