Middle names!!!!

we've all got middle names... mine is Marie hubby's is Allan daugh is Louise son 1 Charles Allan son2 Edwin Allan son3 Dean Allan the three boys all have 'family' names Charels is my grandad, Edwin is hubbys grandnad all three boys have ALLAN in their name as does their dad and his Dad. Youngest has his dads full names as his middle ones LOL I like the idea of carrying names on thru the years |

mine is Mishka along with my Greek first name (Zoe=life) I'm called 'the bearer of life' which is kind of a lot of pressure to give a 3lb baby I think thats why mum is still waiting for me to have offspring now - that'll teach her |

I got lumbered with the middle name Joyce ( thanks Mum !! ) after my Grandmother...... Got her birth cert, and her name was Ivy !! Not sure which one is worse....... Sorry to any Joyces out there. Andrea :o) |

I like the idea of passing down names!!! i think it keeps them alive!!! Constance is a nice name, can be shortened to connie!! My poor son (the youngest) was given Albert and Ernest as his middle names, after my dad and grandad, his first name is Darren, and he's never forgiven me. Love Helenxx |

Hi Helen, my middle name is Constance. It was my great grandmother's and has been passed down to me. My great grandmother didn't have any daughters so it skipped a generation and my mum got it. It is a bit old fashioned though lol Lucia :-) |
