Hi Sue, As I told Honey, I've been off the cigs for 5 weeks now, It's still tempting at times but the patches really are a big help. Good Luck Michele |

patches are at the ready ! first thing in the morning ! one on the arm- and one over the mouth !!! have printed out honey's thread, and i am taking it to work to read when i feel i need some support ! i am hoping not too many of my staff resign over the next few days . but... it has to be done . |
