That seems to be a derivative of the famous cabbage soup diet. Works brilliantly short term, but as soon as you start eating normally (which you will !!!!) the weight goes straight on. It was originally devised for patients who needed drastic weight loss prior to operations I believe. |

best two ways I've found are; 1. stress. lost half a stone in a week. 2. Glandular Fever. lost a stone in 3 weeks wouldn't recommend them though. |

My husband and I tried a combining diet, but not to lose weight, the result was we were losing weight so fast, we had to stop!!, couldn't afford to lose anymore. This involves eating protein and carbohydrates at different meals, and allow 4 hours for protein to digest, 3 hours for carbs to digest, fruit takes about half an hour. Fruit and veg (not potatoes) are neutral can be eaten with either protein or carbs. Unsalted nuts (not peanuts) are also neutral. We ate fruit before each meal, Had a main meal with plenty of veg (no potatoes), although sweet potatoes belong to squash family so not the same. If eating a salad you could have a jacket potato, bread, but no meat, fish, cheese, or whole eggs, but can eat egg yolk. Or if you want salad with meat fish etc, then no potato or bread. Of course you will need to cut out cakes, biscuits, crisps, and any obviously fattening things too. If you want any more help, contact me. Val |

I think you'd need to survive on water alone to achieve that target weight loss...... and you would then be in no fit state to enjoy your holiday. Try drinking water before a meal to help fill you though. |
