Heard this morning that someone I know has just won £250,000 on the lottery. She lost her husband last year (died suddenly whilst on holiday), so lets hope it brings her some happiness.

I'd buy a nice house, a nice car, top up the Pink Sahara fund have a relaxing holiday (with toilets and a nice comfy bed) with my loved ones and have a big party to which you would all be invited. Jack x

How many cadbury creme eggs can you buy with a million pounds?

I would donate some to the Pink Fund then I wouldn't have to worry (which I am doing) about raising the £3500 sponsorship and could go to the Sahara and enjoy(?) myself with the rest of the mad lot. Then stick the rest in the bank, get over the shock of winning and then go on a spending spree with friends and family. Jxx

I guess like most people, I would... pay off my mortgage. Go on a nice long holiday, buy a new car... give some to my family, and stick the rest in the bank

I'd keep it a secret for a start ! would be scared stiff someone may try and kidnap my kids for a ransom !! I'd clear my debt's. On the quiet, I would buy the house I live in .. and the one next door and knock through ! I'd buy the little cottage that I grew up in .. (and that has been renovated and has stood empty for the last 3 years that I know off ! ??) as a weekend retreat .. full of happy memories x I'd put the rest in trust as a surprise for my kids for after I'd gone .... if there was any left for them ! Dancer x

I always get told 'you wouldn't know what to do with it all if you won it' and I always reply 'Try me'. I have many many friends who could do with a bit of help and many charities that I would like to help. So long as I made sure I was secure and had enough to last me, and looked after my son too for his lifetime security, I could enjoy sharing it with others, so you'd better all be nice to me......... Oh well, nice to dream!

Pay all my debts off and buy the flat I'm living in so I can get the rent. Also I'd help mine and my partners family out if they needed it. I'd also donate a huge sum to UK children's charities :o)

The first thing I'd do would be have a blazing row with hubby because we both have very different views on what we'd do with it!!! Lucy x

I would but myself a house near my daughters and put the rest in the bank until it has earned enough interest to but my daughters a house each, Sue
