Just want to say a huge thank you for all your kind words and thoughts. It means such a lot. After the event, I will show Diana. I'm sure she will be touched by your kindness. Will let you all know more at some point on Wednesday. Can't be with Diana as I've got the important job of looking after 3 year old Zoe, our first granddaughter. Bye for now until Wednesday. Pauline xx

Hi Pauline, I can understand your fears--this must be so hard for you given your history. But I'm sure I heard somewhere that Caesarian is now the most common method of birth in the developed world, and I know many many women who have given birth to very healthy babies by Caesar and made a quick (if sore!) recovery afterwards. I am sure you will be very soon telling us about your lovely new grandbaby--I look forward to congratulating you! Love and very best wishes to you and your daughter. Sal.x
