Maz (the Royal One) in the East End 9256 Report 20 May 2005 23:55

My 82 year old mum told me about it - she could hardly speak for laughing!! Will post it below - don't read if you are easily offended ... !!

and I quote ... 'A 33 year old housewife who decided to go shopping while still wearing her pair of Ann Summers vibrating Passion Pants collapsed and later woke up with a hospital around her after the integrated 2.5' v*br***r made her faint. The lady, from Swansea, Wales, banged her head on shelving as she took a dive in her local Asda supermarket. Paramedics detected the still-buzzing panties on arrival and disabled them, returning them to their rightful owner when she had recovered. ' Brilliant - you couldn't make it up!!! Maz. XX

Oh, my! how terribly embarrassing for her... maybe Ann Summers should be warned - put danger notices on their product packaging, and perhaps an automatic cut-off?? I never heard of this kind of underwear before... nope. no no no... I was going to ask questions - but best left unsaid I think... I can hardly believe I am blushing here! Its not as if it happened to me!!!

Sheleen Report 21 May 2005 00:22

Oh, No Mandy! Definately not the eggs... for two very sound reasons: My mum worked in a well-known shop, and two things are noted about benwa balls (as I think they are called)... the ones that vibrate do so because of magnets inside them. These magnets can set off the alarms when walking out of the shop... and the magnets are affected by escalators - the magnets in the moving escalators are so strong, they can pull the vibrating eggs from your body. You have all been warned...pmsl
