Yvette, Best of luck with your interview. Don't feel intimidated, just imagine that the interviewer(s), male or female, are just wearing a blue bra and pink knickers. They are only human, be yourself and GET THAT JOB!!! Jim |

Hi Yvette, Well done on getting the interview and hope it goes really well for you. If you are nervous (and who could blame you?) just remember that they are 'on trial' as well - after all you are sat there asking yourself 'do I want to work for these people?' - The interviewers are often a bit nervous too as they know its a two way process. Go for it - Get it!!! Lucy x |

Thanks everyone for your kind words...and flattery lol As for the underwear comment, i will have trouble not giggling if the man i spoke to meets my mental image of him, lol, but if my nerves get the better of me i will give it a go :-) I just hope that there are no reports of people getting seriously injured after trying to get through the morning with everything crossed, lol. Thanks again. Yvette |

Good luck Yvette - hope it works out the way you want it to. Sorry I haven't phoned - have had a busy time recently and am so tired. Will be in touch or phone me if you still need that lift? By the way, don't forget to tell the interviewer you are a fundraiser too. That should go down well. Fingers crossed, Liz |

Just wanted to say thanks everyone for the good wishes, they really helped. The interview went well, it was meant to be 20 minutes, and took 55 instead. I don't think it could have gone better really :-) I won't know until wednesday if i have been successful, but even if i don't get it, i felt so much better coming out after that i will be far less nervous for the next one. Thanks again :-)) Yvette |
