I'm really sorry to hear that Ann. Dee & I had had a few chats and I thought she was great. Could you please pass on me best wishes:))

I too had a message from Dee this afternoon saying that she had left the site. She didnt say why. I was talking to her on MSN this morning and she wasn't very happy about a number of things. I've mailed her, and hope to be able to change her mind, but at the end of the day, she's an adult and quite capable of making her own choices. I also resent the implication that her leaving had anything to do with my thread earlier about the level of whinging on here lately (and please dont try to insult my intelligence by saying you didn't mean me Lisa). Dee is a friend that I've talked to many times off the board, and she knows me well enough to know what I meant.

Its such a shame that Dee has had to go to the extreme of cancelling her membership. I hope she is not too upset and wish her well. Hope it is not through some meanie being nasty that she has decided to leave. Natalia x

I've had an email from Dee that she has cancelled her membership. I don't know the reason why. I hope she changes her mind and comes back. She is a lovely person and we'll miss her on the Book Club. Whatever you decide Dee, Take Care of yourself x

I remember Dee had a problem with someone contacting her under an 'assumed name' and caused her a lot of distress. I hope this hasn't happened again. Gwynne

Until someone contacts Dee or Dee contacts them no one can sumise why Dee left this site. Im sad to see she has gone and I hope she reconsiders and rejoins. Regarding those who make digs to entice argument etc, I feel qualified in saying 'Dont let the buggers win ! '. Elaine x

right... i'll try again LOL, Ken/Ivanhoe put a thread up, a member then posted a comment about us constantly changing names, that got a bit heated so Ken deleted it. Another thread was started up (I think) which caused a bit of a hoohar that was deleted Dee then started a thread .....which was then deleted possibly by herself there was an orrible atmosphere on here this morning, but I didn't see anything directed at Dee Please forgive me if i've given false info, but I only came in half way thru it! c x

don't know but you will find all her threads have gone now and any messages in your contacts. So sad when people leave like this makes for an uncomfortable atmosphere. I actually thought recently that things were going too well. Ann Glos
