We might try for that bus too. Train gets to liv st at 1124. Just gotta get to walthamstow in time! Hate the buses here - so unreliable! - but don't want to pay a full day's parking at the station. Val - we will miss you, its AGES since I saw you!! bet you could still chase Roberto across the room, even WITH that arthritis lol Maz. XX |

I hope you all have a great time tomorrow and that the children enjoy themselves. I wish i could be there with you but i am suffering a bit at the moment with the old arthritis in my hip.All part of getting old lol. Hope to meet up with the Kent group sometime soon i hope. Transport For London says: route 205 from LIverpool Street to Regents park the 11.42 bus gets you there for 12.23 the 11.52 arrives at 12.33 you want bus heading towards Eastbourne Terrace which you board at bus stop = S the route takes you: Liverpool Street Moorgate Moorgate / Finsbury Square Old Street Station M N Moorfields Eye Hospital Windsor Terrace Central Street / City Road Islington / Angel Angel Penton Street / Chapel Market Cumming Street Kings Cross Thameslink Kings Cross St.Pancras Camden Town Hall Mabledon Place Euston Bus Station Euston Square University College Hospital Warren Street Great Portland Street Regent's Park |

Just a little thought - although forecast is good for Friday, the ground may still be a touch damp (lol) so make sure you bring summat waterproof to sit on!! |

Hi Suzy Glad you can make it now, it will be nice to see you and Alex again. I am off to get my train tickets tomorrow so will let you know what time we will be arriving, but it should be around 11:30 if i remember rightly. I think travelling together on the bus will be a great idea...we can get lost together lol. Yvette |

Thanks Zoe, that sounds ideal, we used the tubes at the weekend and they were packed out, hubby is not keen to repeat the experience, so will give the buses a try this time. See you there :-) |

Maz I will be getting the train to Liverpool Street Station on Friday, as usual. I normally tube everywhere, however hubby is not keen on the tubes so i was wondering if it is possible to get a bus to Regent's Park, and if it is likely to be cost effective, i tried looking online, but have got totally confused, being a bit more local than me, lol, i wondered if you have any idea? it doesn't matter how long the journey is as we will just get an earlier train from Norwich, and besides the scenery should be a bit better by bus...lol Yvette |

I will definitely be there. Let me know if theres anything I can bring along to amuse the children with (and NO-ONE say 'just your face will do') and I hate to break it to you ladies but I think Regents is covered by the non-drinking bye-laws - so you'll have to cover your bottles in paper bags |

as its now the friday and not the saturday i am so coming.... might have a bottle or two of pink stuff with me as so much left over from the bar b but it's just gonna be wine not FIZZ as any spare of that is mine, mine and mine and I'll need it living with my parents again!! :O) |
