saw this thread the other day and wasn't brave enough to add, but what the hell!! when I was expecting my first daughter certain foods did not agree with me (I'm sure many of you can relate to this one!!) I went to visit an old family friend who had just become a vicar and was taking over his first parish, it wasa big ceremony with lots of pomp and I was very uncomfortable to say the least, at one point of the service the new vicar was led outside so I saw this as my chance to escape and 'get comfy' I disappeared round the side of the church and did the loudest trump I've ever done, what a relief............ I turned to walk back into the church, straight into the new vicar, the bishop and about 15 other clergymen who had been round the corner knocking on the church door.......... |
