I have a mate who always wears his slippers when he comes to visit! Mind you he is completely bonkers lol!! I think he just does it now cos we laughed so much the first time. I have always worn slippers - got a pink fluffy pair at the moment - but I do prefer the non-mule ones, preferably with a rubber sole, then I can put them in the washing machine when they get a bit grubby. Kids have slippers, but never seem to wear them - they prefer bare feet. Maz. XX |

Add me to the list of eccentrics who likes to be as comfortable when I am away as I am at home. My slippers travel with me, and will be at the Convention I am going to on Friday night up the Meon Valley. |

Years ago we gave an elderly relative a single slipper into which you put both feet. For oldies watching the box etc it was a snug thing to have on. I've now inherited the slipper and wear it in the winter when on the pooter. The trick is trying to remember that I'm only wearing one slipper. Failing to do that puts me in a most undignified position, flat on the deck and unable to move !! Mike |

Vivienne No, you are not alone in prefering bare feet inside and out in warm weather. Doesn't do a lot for the hard skin though does it. Don't have any slippers at the mo but am wearing socks as I have laminate flooors and it is a bit chilly tonight. I think I may get some slippers for the winter. Hubby has his on and my 18 year old always wears her Eeyore ones. Margaret |

Am I the only one who goes barefoot, inside & out in summer. Rarely venture in the garden in winter but keep an old pair of shoes for if I do. Vivienne |

I prefer my hubbys mocassins, they are so comfy and warm. I always seem to trip up or slip in the fluffy type ones my mother insists on buying me for chritmas and birthdays.I also have my flip flops for the summer months though. Marie |

yesw, Dave & I both wear slippers in the house. Plus we have to take them when we visit my sister's, or we have to take our shoes off! Mum keeps a supply by her front door, which you have to put on before you go in! Jan |
