No nothing wrong at all Don, good Scottish name is Donald! J Just that most of my ancestors (Dad and brother included) are called Donald, and apparently I was nearly named Donaldina, family have no imagination! I should never have told that Jill.....she won't let me forget it! LOL Christine :-)

Oh we had puppets too.....not sure what type or what they were called but I saw a couple on the Antiques roadshow a few months back!! lol (off to look on ebay for them now!)

Thinking of changing my name to that...what d'ya think? LOL Yes saw your thread, sorry, hadn't got round to posting yet. I'm moving house in a fortnight, so with that and Christmas coming, I'll not be able to make it! And the 'Shots' girls will be working, but hopefully be at the next one, they really enjoyed themselves! Donaldina ;-)

Hiya Jill, just the other month I was telling Nicola about one of my old Judy annuals that I loved when I was young and wished I'd kept. . A few days later she gave me a parcel containing the very annual ....Judy 1970, she'd bought it on Ebay for me. Brought back loads of memories. I thought it was really nice of her, but then she did go onto say, I must have been a 'geeky bairn' if I liked that! LOL Christine

might do triv tonight actually!!!! I even collect trivial pursuits games too and extra questions.....needing the globetrotter edition at the moment if anyone wants to part with it!! lol I remember a game called Hotel....similar to Monopoly but as you went round the board buying property you collected pieces and built your hotels upwards.....that was a brill game lol

Ah Jill I see stuff in the shops like that, that bring back memories!! I still have the original Monopoly (scottie dog, hat etc in metal) Cluedo, I-Spy etc. I'm glad I hung onto them now!! I even have some original Snoppy stuff!! Boy i'm sad!! lol BTW, when's the next trivial pursuit night? :0) Joan xx

I've been looking at the Little House on the Prairie books, and the Flowers in the Attic books.......I collect Tiny Tears dolls and just had a look on ebay at the wee doll called Pippa!!! Blimey!!! she fetches a fair amount!!! lol Can anyone else think of anything that they wish they had kept from when they were younger or is it just me that has these nostalgic moments!! lol Jill x
