THANKS!!! Oh Blue I have had most of those side effects but didnt want to say incase somone looking was put off giving up, if you get me??? Oh and we wont mention the weight gain!! LOL How much have you gained Jeannette???? Go on be brave!!! Karen (psssstt 4 kilo)

WOW!!!!! Thanks for all your support guys!!! Its truely appreciated... and now i know that if i fail i will be letting you guys down too!! LOL Julie, i have had loads of side effects that i would never have dreamed of including a cracked dry tongue caused by vitamin B deficiency which came about by my body detoxing without the ciggies!! Its day 42 today, and Jeannette is only 10 days behind me!! So well done to Jeanette too!! We can beat this thing!!! ;¬) Karen

I think Karen will be on day 43 without a fag now cos I'm on day 32 and she gave up before me. Keep going Karen. We're doing brilliant! lol Jeanette x

Keeping you in my thoughts, Karen, and giving you loads of support.......... well done! You CAN do it! I smoked from the age of 16 until ahem........ and last had a cigarette in February 1992. :-) Joy

Hi Karen, I gave up 15 months ago and know exactly what you mean! I had mouth ulcers then pains in my legs and the Dr said they were both side effects of stopping!!! They don't tell ya that before lol You are doing incredibly well and I am really proud of ya, keep it up its worth it eventually and I have much more money to spend on certs!! PMSL Julie xxx

I gave up smoking nearly 6 years ago and I know how hard it can be. You are now into day 42 which is fantastic. The worst is now behind you. It can only get better. Keep it up luvvie, you can do it. Good luck, Jean x.
