Nick Happy Birthday I turned 40 in the summer and I really haven't noticed any difference. I felt I should be more mature LOL but my children and their friends think I'm one of them half the time.....now hubby turns 40 on wednesday and he's more of a big kid than I .......... so conclusion is NAH you'll be just the same as you were yesterday. Have a great day today Much happiness Debi

The best is yet to come. I turn 50 this w/e - been celebrating all year, think it's the funniest thing ever, as I still feel 20 'inside'. I do wish I still had my 20 year old body though...

hi nick,it depends on the sort of life, that you have led up to now...if you smoke,if you drink too much,if you don't exercise regularly, then it gets harder. so its time to take stock, change what needs to be changed, and you will be fine...40 is young, enjoy the next decade, but it's also a good time to discard any bad habits. you have come to a cross-road,take the right path. bryan.
