Andy, most of my family like scraps with their fis 'n' chips, dad reminises to the good old days when you could get a bag og scrapd from the chippy. and thats in south wales.

Vivienne, Did you not call it cracklin' in West London? that's what we called in in Norf London & Sarf London too ;-) I used to get some crackin' for nothing when I bought a bag of chips :-))) Where i live now the best chipper and the oldest (Est 1903) they call it crispy bits and they charge half the price of a bag of chips for them :-( Pat x
