I have to add to this thread, mainly because the meat thread is attracting far too many meat eaters!! Where are all the veggies?? I don't give myself a label so am not a veggie but I do not eat meat, haven't done for almost 30 years. I do eat fish. Linda xx |

I heard that before, but at the time heard it was an old wives tale, in fact they fart just as much but produce more methane or something. |

Allie :-))) Hi just came back, I've been out sorry, if I had seen this earlier I would definetly been here just to say meat is murder but I have to say i adore fish and seafood with my veggies. But I don't eat red or white meat & try to avoid animal products that come from dead animals. Peter that is not actually true Veggies actually release wind far more efficiently than meat eaters do it is also more silent & less pungent and toxic too :-) the veggies you are talking about must be the baked bean variety, & can be very dangerous to be too close to. Let's face it most people think we are like cows but that is not so we don't have two stomachs or live on grass lol. Pat x |

I'm a veggie, I couldn't kill anything myself so therefore don't believe I should eat it. |

Hi Roxanne When we decided to cut out meat. we just ate chicken and fish, but it snowballed from there! It's so much easier now to be veggie than it was thirty odd years ago! Cheers Allie |
